Our consultants are trained in the use of a range of psychometric and personality profiling, a service we offer to clients as part of the recruitment process or on an ad hoc basis for existing employees.

Personality profile assessments are a powerful and effective method designed to seek out information about an employee’s temperament, decision-making methods, communication style and general attitude towards work. The information is then used to assist in matching the right employee to the right project or task.
