With extensive experience of senior advertised recruitment we are able to provide expert advice on media options, readership profiles, costs and publication dates. We have the expertise to manage all types of recruitment advertising from either complex international appointments to large multi-position campaigns and our adverts are designed to maintain the confidentiality of the client unless requested. Advertised selection is an ideal service to clients who are more flexible in terms of a person background i.e. sector / market or there is a wider geographical area to be covered.

We work with a professional, creative advertising agency who not only produce advertising that generates optimum response, but who also give us access to significant cost savings on national and trade press that we pass onto our clients.

Once the relevant media has been identified and agreed, a copy of the advert is presented to the client for sign-off. On approval, the advertisement campaign is managed by a McCoy James consultant who is responsible for reviewing the response and undertaking pre-screen interviews with suitable candidates.

As part of the interview process candidates will be assessed against agreed core competencies and those candidates closely matching the role requirements will be presented to the client along with a detailed written summary and Curriculum Vitae.
